A Unidade de Negócios Nutrição Humana desenvolve e produz pré-misturas exclusivas de nutrientes, além de distribuir um amplo portfólio de aditivos, ingredientes e especialidades para as indústrias de Alimentos, Bebidas, Suplementos Alimentares e Nutrição Clínica, sendo referência na comercialização de soluções para melhoria nutricional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time Nutrição Humana, você irá:Acompanhar pedidos, garantindo o controle de status, prazos e faturamento;Atuar em parceria com as áreas internas, como Logística, Qualidade, Financeiro e Cadastro, contribuindo para a eficiência da operação comercial;Consolidar e acompanhar indicadores comerciais semanais, como ligações, visitas e devoluções, apoiando a análise de desempenho dos Executivos de Vendas;Realizar o mapeamento das regiões, identificando clientes potenciais e apoiando os Executivos de Vendas no planejamento de visitas e prospecção;Apoiar a elaboração, atualização e acompanhamento de relatórios gerenciais;Contribuir para a organização das agendas comerciais e para o acompanhamento das atividades da equipe;Realizar a atualização e o controle de projetos no M-Force, acompanhando iniciativas de curto, médio e longo prazo;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos comerciais, contribuindo para o aumento da eficiência, produtividade e resultados da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Marketing, Química, Engenharia de Alimentos, Farmácia, Nutrição ou áreas correlatasBoa capacidade analítica e organizaçãoExcel avançado (tabelas, gráficos, análise de dados, criação de BI)Boa comunicação escrita e verbalInformações adicionaisSalário fixo;Remuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Convênio com farmácia;Universidade MCassab (conforme política interna);Modelo híbrido de trabalho.
