Mais do que entregar soluções, acreditamos no diálogo, na escuta e na construção coletiva para gerar mudanças reais e duradouras.Na Diagonal, acreditamos que cada trajetória importa e que é possível transformar cidades e vidas a partir das pessoas.Pessoas são o nosso território!#VemSerDiagonalResponsabilidades e atribuições🎯Qual será a sua missão?Planejar e acompanhar a manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva das instalações.Acompanhar um plano de manutenção preventiva, dos fornecedores contratados.Controlar chamados e ordens de serviço.Fazer inspeções periódicas nas instalações e identificar necessidades de manutenção.Priorizar demandas de acordo com criticidade, segurança, custo e impacto na operação.Acompanhar indicadores de manutenção, como quantidade de chamados, tempo de atendimento, reincidência de falhas e custos.Manter histórico das intervenções realizadas.Conferência de notas fiscais x serviços efetivamente realizados.Solicitação de itens pertinentes a manutenção e acompanhamento do processo até a entrega.Controle de contratos, vencimentos e reajustes, bem como organização de documentos físicos e digitais, controle de documentos de terceiros e prestadores.Atendimento às solicitações dos clientes internos.Organização de agendas de manutenção e visitas técnicas.Controle de chaves, acessos, vagas, salas ou outros recursos prediais, conforme a realidade da empresa.Apoio na organização de mudanças internas, eventos, montagem de salas e movimentação de mobiliário.Apoio na elaboração de relatórios para a gestão.Interface colaborativa com os departamentos.

Requisitos e qualificações💡Para ter sucesso nesta missão, é essencial ter:Formação superior em Administração, Gestão de Facilites, Gestão de Manutenção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em planejamento e acompanhamento de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva de instalações.Boas noções e conhecimento técnico de manutenção predial. 💡Como diferencial:Formação técnica em Edificações, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica, Manutenção ou áreas relacionadas.
