Se você tem experiência em administração, organização e suporte estratégico, e deseja contribuir para nosso crescimento, queremos conhecê-lo! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ FARÁ ASSUMINDO O CARGO Suporte Administrativo e Operacional: Prestar suporte à equipe de Operações e apoiar a coordenação administrativa, atuando como facilitador de demandas e garantindo o cumprimento de processos, políticas internas e prazos.Gestão Financeira e Orçamentária: Acompanhar o orçamento da área, provisões contábeis e o fechamento mensal fiscal e contábil. Fluxo de Pagamentos e Aprovações: Monitorar o fluxo de pagamentos, lançamentos e aprovações junto às áreas, assegurando a conformidade e o alinhamento dos processos. Relacionamento com Fornecedores: Interagir com fornecedores para acompanhamento e resolução de demandas de acordo com as condições comerciais estabelecidas. Indicadores e Relatórios Gerenciais: Acompanhar e controlar indicadores operacionais (KPIs), elaborando relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e apresentações para suporte à tomada de decisão. Confiabilidade das Informações: Garantir a qualidade e a confiabilidade dos dados e informações utilizados pela área. Projetos e Cronogramas: Acompanhar cronogramas, planos de ação e projetos estratégicos da área de Operações. Análise Crítica e Mitigação de Riscos: Atuar na análise crítica dos processos, identificando riscos e propondo soluções preventivas. Melhoria Contínua: Identificar oportunidades de otimização nos processos administrativos que aumentem a produtividade e a qualidade na execução dos serviços. Controles Internos: Garantir a organização e a atualização constante dos controles da área.
