Cargo: ANALISTA ADMINISTRATIVO JRÁrea de trabalho: HAP - CE - CLIENTES - EXPERIENCIA CLIENTE - NIP EXPEDITA - EQUIPETipo: EfetivoVaga para PCD: SimQuantidade de posições: 9Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar! Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições: Promover nova abordagem em NIPs recorrentes ou de procedimentos selecionados, atuando de forma proativa sobre os principais ofensores de bloqueios.Autorizar na 1ª NIP do beneficiário em casos de menor custo (ex.: RX, reembolso de transporte), priorizando a resolução administrativa frente ao risco de autuação.Autorizar e acolher beneficiários com mais de 5 NIPs do mesmo tema, garantindo tratativa especializada, humanizada e com fechamento definitivo do ciclo.Garantir acolhimento estruturado de casos com alta chance de judicialização — como TEA, Home Care e outros grupos de alta complexidade — prevenindo escaladas jurídicas.Analisar as solicitações de tratativa, orientar a equipe técnica no processo de revisão da negativa e assegurar a elaboração de relatórios com fundamentação técnica, regulatória e analítica.Garantir conformidade com as normas ANS, assegurando que todas as tratativas estejam dentro dos parâmetros regulatórios vigentes.Ensino superior completo ou cursando nas áreas de administração, gestão hospitalar, psicologia, enfermagem e afins.Experiência em contato com o cliente e resolução de conflitos com critérios regulatórios, controle e atuação relacional com múltiplas áreas.Experiência na área de autorizações, NIPs, auditoria ou operações regulatórias em operadora de saúde ou ambiente hospitalar será um diferencial.Conhecimento prévio das operações de autorização e regulação da Hapvida NDI é diferencial desejável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino superior completo ou cursando nas áreas de administração, gestão hospitalar, psicologia, enfermagem e afins. Desejável: Experiência em contato com o cliente e resolução de conflitos com critérios regulatórios, controle e atuação relacional com múltiplas áreas.
