Buscamos um Analista Administrativo Júnior para atuar na auditoria e na gestão de estoque da nossa rede, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações, a rastreabilidade dos registros e a execução dos procedimentos internos nas filiais que movimentam produtos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir e organizar lançamentos e registros do sistema de estoque, identificando inconsistências administrativas.Analisar, elaborar, revisar e atualizar relatórios de auditoria, assegurando a consistência, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações.Identificar lançamentos indevidos, pendências e inconsistências cadastrais de produtos e movimentações.Analisar e realizar ajustes sistêmicos junto às áreas responsáveis.Elaborar relatórios administrativos de auditoria, com divergências, causas e ações corretivas, qualitativas e quantitativas.Garantir a execução dos procedimentos e normas da empresa nas filiais que fazem movimentações de produtos na rede.Criar e manter indicadores de qualidade e confiabilidade do estoque, alimentando planilhas de controles internos.Analisar dados históricos para identificar reincidências e padrões de erro.Preparar apresentações e informações gerenciais para as lideranças.Manter registros e evidências das auditorias, garantindo rastreabilidade das informações.Apoiar as áreas de Logística, Faturamento, Fiscal e TI na correção de inconsistências relacionadas à boa gestão de estoque.Propor melhorias em processos administrativos e logísticos para reduzir perdas e retrabalho relacionados a produtos.Auditar lojas, depósitos e centros de distribuição, aplicando a metodologia de contagem, e dar apoio aos auditores em campo.Analisar saldo físico x saldo sistêmico, identificando faltas, sobras e avarias.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em informática, com domínio de Excel.Disponibilidade para viagens.
