Você será responsável por acompanhar prazos, analisar documentos, atuar junto aos fornecedores para regularizações e contribuir para um processo ágil, seguro e em conformidade com as exigências da companhia.Se você acredita no poder da energia para transformar o mundo, vem fazer parte do nosso time💚 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSEU PAPEL NA COMBIOContatar empresas prestadoras de serviços para solicitar e acompanhar o envio da documentação obrigatória para liberação de acesso às unidades.Cobrar, analisar e controlar a entrega de documentos, relatórios e demais obrigações acessórias.Validar a documentação conforme os procedimentos internos e requisitos estabelecidos pela ComBio.Solicitar adequações e acompanhar a regularização de documentos quando necessário.Viabilizar a liberação de acesso dos prestadores de serviços às unidades, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos internos.Monitorar a validade dos documentos, atuando preventivamente para evitar vencimentos e impactos na operação.Operar e atualizar informações em múltiplas plataformas e sistemas de controle, assegurando a confiabilidade dos registros.Prestar suporte às áreas internas e fornecedores em relação às exigências documentais e ao fluxo de liberação de acesso.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, garantindo eficiência, organização e conformidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE BUSCAMOSEnsino médio completo (ensino superior em andamento será um diferencial).Experiência com controle e análise de documentos, atendimento a fornecedores ou rotinas administrativas.Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel.Informações adicionais💚 O QUE OFERECEMOSNa Combio, acreditamos que cuidar das pessoas é essencial para construir um futuro mais sustentável.
