Acreditamos que diferentes experiências e perspectivas agregam valor ao negócio e impulsionam resultados cada vez mais consistentes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo do CargoAtuar como elo estratégico entre a equipe comercial da ALS Food Agro e os clientes do mercado chinês, garantindo uma comunicação eficiente, o fortalecimento do relacionamento comercial e o acompanhamento das demandas, contribuindo para a satisfação dos clientes e o crescimento dos negócios internacionais.Principais ResponsabilidadesRealizar a interface entre a equipe comercial da ALS Food Agro e clientes localizados na China.Manter comunicação fluente em mandarim (oral e escrita) para atendimento, negociações e alinhamento de informações.Acompanhar solicitações, dúvidas e demandas dos clientes, garantindo respostas rápidas e assertivas.Apoiar a equipe comercial no gerenciamento de contas e oportunidades de negócios internacionais.Traduzir e interpretar informações comerciais, técnicas e operacionais entre português, inglês e mandarim, quando necessário.Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e controles comerciais utilizando o pacote Microsoft Office.Monitorar o andamento de processos comerciais e assegurar o cumprimento de prazos acordados com os clientes.Contribuir para o fortalecimento do relacionamento com clientes estratégicos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria no atendimento e nos processos.Participar de reuniões com clientes e equipes internas, facilitando a comunicação intercultural.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFluência em mandarim, com excelente capacidade de conversação e escrita.Perfil proativo, organizado e com forte habilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Conhecimento do pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word e Outlook).Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento (diferencial em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Agronegócio ou áreas correlatas).Informações adicionaisCompetências DesejadasFacilidade para atuar em ambiente multicultural.Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas.Organização e gestão de prioridades.Orientação para atendimento ao cliente e resultados.Boa capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes.
