Gestão e acompanhamento de empresas terceirizadas;

Gestão e monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho;

Gestão de plataformas de gerenciamento de documentação;

Análise de documentações de Saúde e Segurança, conforme as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) vigentes e requisitos específicos dos clientes;

Interface direta com clientes e empresas terceiras;

Realização de reuniões e feedbacks com a equipe;

Atuação nos processos de gestão de SSMA;

Acompanhamento e controle dos processos administrativos relacionados à área.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo; Vivência na área de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho;

Conhecimento em Pacote Office, incluindo elaboração de planilhas, Word e PowerPoint;

Experiência com gestão e validação de documentos trabalhistas e previdenciários;

Experiência com gestão de terceiros;

Conhecimento em alguns processos de gestão de SSMA;

Conhecimento em plataformas de gerenciamento de documentação;

Conhecimento em gestão e monitoramento de indicadores;
