Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Administrativo para atuar no setor de Suprimentos, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência das rotinas administrativas da área. Esse(a) profissional será responsável por apoiar os processos e controles do setor, acompanhar indicadores e informações gerenciais e dar suporte à liderança na tomada de decisão, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de Suprimentos. Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, analítica, proativa e com bom relacionamento interpessoal, que tenha facilidade para trabalhar com controles, indicadores e diferentes demandas da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar rotinas administrativas do setor de Suprimentos, apoiando a liderança na tomada de decisão;

Organizar e controlar os fluxos de trabalho e demandas da área;

Elaborar e atualizar planilhas, controles, relatórios e indicadores de acompanhamento;

Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento dos processos relacionados a estoque e movimentação de materiais;

Acompanhar demandas e chamados da área, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;

Analisar informações e apoiar a identificação de desvios e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;

Contribuir para a execução de planos de ação e implementação de medidas corretivas;

Prestar suporte aos clientes internos e demais áreas relacionadas aos processos de Suprimentos;

Contribuir para a organização, padronização e melhoria contínua das rotinas do setor;

Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e boas práticas estabelecidas pela empresa;

Zelar pelo patrimônio e recursos da organização;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS:Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas afins;

Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;

Organização, capacidade analítica e habilidade para trabalhar com planilhas e indicadores;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.DESEJÁVEL:Conhecimento das normas e procedimentos aplicáveis à área;

Experiência anterior em atividades administrativas, preferencialmente relacionadas a Suprimentos, estoque ou almoxarifado.
