Atuar com precisão nos registros e conciliações no sistema ERP, assegurando a disponibilidade dos materiais e o atendimento eficiente às áreas solicitantes.

Se você acredita no poder da energia para transformar o mundo, vem fazer parte do nosso time💚 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSEU PAPEL NA COMBIORealizar o cadastro de empresas, materiais e peças de reposição no sistema;Abrir solicitações de compras para atendimento das operações;Realizar cotações e desenvolver fornecedores de materiais de uso e consumo;Executar e regularizar processos de compras emergenciais, mediante autorização;Atuar como interface entre a área de Compras e as operações;Receber, conferir e controlar notas fiscais e documentos relacionados às operações;Organizar, identificar e controlar os materiais do almoxarifado;Controlar o estoque, consumo de materiais e atendimento às requisições de materiais e EPIs;Realizar conciliações de materiais no ERP e apoiar inventários de estoque;Validar notas de serviços junto às áreas responsáveis para lançamento no sistema;Emitir notas fiscais e MTRs para destinação de resíduos, quando necessário;Organizar e encaminhar documentos fiscais para a matriz;Agendar, acompanhar e controlar as coletas e a destinação de resíduos da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE BUSCAMOSFormação técnica ou superior completa ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Logística, Gestão Empresarial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, incluindo lançamento e controle de notas fiscais, organização de documentos, controle de informações operacionais e suporte aos processos da unidade;Vivência em controle de estoque, realização de inventários, gestão de EPIs, acompanhamento de entradas e saídas de materiais e abertura de solicitações de compra e serviços;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Desejável experiência com atendimento a fornecedores, interface com clientes e apoio às rotinas administrativas em ambientes industriais.Informações adicionais💚 O QUE OFERECEMOSNa Combio, acreditamos que cuidar das pessoas é essencial para construir um futuro mais sustentável.
