Somos mais de 20 mil pessoas engajadas em entregar produtos de qualidade e alta performance para o melhor do esporte.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar digitação e manutenção de pedidos (novas coleções, reposições e estratégias de todas as categorias);Atender clientes do Núcleo via telefone e e-mail, tratando solicitações, informações, reclamações e demais demandas;Realizar manutenção de encomendas conforme solicitações de gerentes KA e diretoria;Analisar e apoiar liberação de pedidos bloqueados e faturamento por fábrica;Acompanhar status de pedidos, entregas, cargas paradas e disponibilidade de artigos;Realizar follow-up semanal com clientes;Agendar entregas junto à logística e acompanhar o fluxo de entrega dos pedidos;Participar de reuniões com clientes para construção e acompanhamento da carteira de pedidos;Realizar controles de notas faturadas, prorrogações, postergações e romaneios;Apoiar controles operacionais como personalização de etiquetas, crédito e agendamentos;Realizar cadastros de clientes, CDs e lojas, além da atualização de tabelas comerciais;Apoiar elaboração de relatórios de performance e indicadores (pedidos, estoque e entregas);Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos internos e interface entre áreas.Informações adicionaisEnsino Superior cursando ou completo;Pacote Office intermediário;Experiência na área;Ter fácil acesso ao Shopping Villa Lobos em São Paulo;
