Acompanhar prazos de licenças, autorizações, registros e demais obrigações regulatórias. Apoiar o atendimento aos requisitos da legislação ambiental e regulatória aplicável às operações. Realizar análises socioambientais de propriedades rurais, avaliando documentos técnicos, conformidade ambiental e riscos socioambientais. Elaborar pareceres técnicos e relatórios ambientais para suporte às operações da empresa. Desenvolver e atualizar indicadores ambientais e regulatórios. Apoiar a gestão dos programas de sustentabilidade e das iniciativas relacionadas à agenda ESG. Atuar no relacionamento com órgãos ambientais, fiscalizadores e entidades reguladoras. Auxiliar na gestão de resíduos, recursos hídricos, emissões atmosféricas e demais aspectos ambientais. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, organizando documentos e evidências de conformidade. Participar dos processos de regularização ambiental, expansão e implantação de novas unidades. Desenvolver comunicados, procedimentos e materiais técnicos relacionados às áreas de Meio Ambiente, Sustentabilidade e Regulação. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria dos processos, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade e compliance ambiental. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Agronômica, Gestão Ambiental ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento da legislação ambiental aplicada ao agronegócio. Experiência em licenciamento ambiental, regularização ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em análise documental e elaboração de pareceres técnicos. Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office. CNH categoria B. Disponibilidade para viagens. Será um diferencialExperiência no agronegócio. Conhecimento em SIPEAGRO, IBAMA, MAPA, IAGRO, INDEA e demais órgãos reguladores.
