Nesta função, você atua na linha de frente da sustentabilidade operacional. Você garante que nossos empreendimentos de transmissão cumpram os requisitos legais, respeitem o meio ambiente e dialoguem com os territórios onde estamos presentes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições - Executar o atendimento às condicionantes do licenciamento ambiental, utilizando softwares de gestão e assegurando conformidade com as políticas ambientais do Grupo ENGIE.

- Acompanhar cronogramas de implantação dos programas ambientais, avaliando desvios e propondo ações corretivas para manutenção da Licença de Operação.

- Supervisionar inspeções ambientais e sociopatrimoniais, validar relatórios técnicos e acionar os sistemas de gestão quando necessário.

- Realizar a interlocução com stakeholders locais, incluindo proprietários, prefeituras, secretarias de meio ambiente, cartórios e associações comunitárias.

- Apoiar negociações de indenizações e dimensionamento de faixas de servidão, em articulação com as áreas jurídica e fundiária corporativa.

- Elaborar especificações técnicas de serviços ambientais e acompanhar processos de contratação relacionados ao meio ambiente e ao fundiário.

- Mapear riscos ambientais, registrar lições aprendidas e disseminar boas práticas entre equipes, fornecedores e consultores.

Requisitos e qualificações - Formação superior completa em Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Sanitária e Florestal, Biologia ou Direito.

- Conhecimento básico de gestão de projetos e da norma ISO 14001.

- Familiaridade com legislação ambiental estadual e federal, normas de transmissão e requisitos legais relacionados a recursos hídricos.

- CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para atividades de campo.

- Inglês intermediário para leitura e escuta; habilidade de comunicação oral pode ser desenvolvida.

- Perfil colaborativo, resiliente e com boa estabilidade emocional para lidar com situações de pressão e conflito.

- Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Licenciamento Ambiental ou áreas correlatas é um diferencial valorizado.
