Buscamos um Analista Ambiental Jr que atuará em nosso Sistema de Gestão Ambiental, com o objetivo assegurar a conformidade legal e desempenho ambiental em nossas oficinas e produções em diferentes regiões do país.Inscreva-se e venha fazer parte da nossa jornada.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a gestão do licenciamento ambiental da companhia, conduzindo processos de licenciamento de unidades e comboios, acompanhando protocolos, condicionantes, renovações e interface com órgãos ambientais;Conduzir a gestão de requisitos legais ambientais, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente;Administrar a documentação ambiental (laudos, licenças, certificados, relatórios e condicionantes), garantindo sua atualização e rastreabilidade;Atuar na gestão de resíduos, incluindo controle operacional, valorização de resíduos, interface com fornecedores, fluxo de pagamento e emissão de documentos fiscais relacionados às operações de venda de resíduos;Apoiar a gestão de custos ambientais por Unidade de Negócio (BU), acompanhando indicadores, despesas e oportunidades de otimização;Atuar na gestão técnica das Estações de Tratamento de Efluentes (ETEs) físico-químicas e biológicas, monitorando o desempenho dos sistemas, o atendimento aos parâmetros ambientais, a documentação aplicável e a conformidade operacional;Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores e iniciativas de gestão energética e hídrica, acompanhando consumo, intensidade, captação, potabilidade, descarte e oportunidades de redução;Apoiar na identificação, avaliação e controle de aspectos e impactos ambientais (LAIA), promovendo a melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental;Realizar a caracterização ambiental das unidades, apoiando o diagnóstico e a regularidade ambiental das operações;Apoiar a gestão de Áreas de Preservação Permanente (APPs), acompanhando o mapeamento das áreas, medidas de proteção e isolamento, monitoramentos realizados e o atendimento às exigências dos órgãos ambientais;Atuar no gerenciamento de acidentes ambientais, apoiando o registro, tratamento e acompanhamento das ações corretivas;Realizar a gestão de FDS, FISPQ e demais documentos de segurança de produtos químicos, assegurando sua disponibilidade e atualização;Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores, planos, estudos e relatórios ambientais, como PGRS, PCA, PGA, LAIA, DMR, CADRI, entre outros;Apoiar a agenda ESG da companhia por meio do acompanhamento de indicadores ambientais, inventário de emissões de Gases de Efeito Estufa (GEE), auditorias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua e conscientização ambiental.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Gestão Ambiental, Engenharia Ambiental ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia na área ambiental, preferencialmente em ambiente corporativo, industrial ou operações;Conhecimento em legislação ambiental e processos de licenciamento ambiental;Conhecimento avançado em Excel e Pacote Office;Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de MTR (SINIR, SIGOR, FEAM, FEPAM e INEA);Conhecimento em gestão de resíduos, indicadores ambientais e documentação técnica (PGRS, LAIA, CADRI, DMR e correlatos);Experiência com GreenLegis e sistemas de gestão de requisitos legais e condicionantes ambientais;Conhecimento em Power BI, será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisVT ou Auxílio Mobilidade;Restaurante na empresa;Seguro de Vida;Convênio Médico - Unimed;Convênio Odontológico - Bradesco;Auxílio Creche (Para as Mães);Kit Maternidade;Total Pass.
