Responsabilidades e atribuições INCIDENTE DE SEGURANÇAMonitorar e tratar os incidentes de segurança relacionados ao negócio TecBan, junto aos times envolvidos, aplicando as melhores práticas de mercado, de forma efetiva para mitigar e antecipar as ações criminosas.ANÁLISE FORENSE DOS ATAQUES OCORRIDOSAuxiliar na analise forense referente aos ataques ocorridos nos ATMs administrados pela TecBan, por meio de dados coletados dos sistemas de retaguarda TecBan, colaborando na identificação de possíveis causas dos prejuízos financeiros à TecBan.GESTÃO DE PROCESSOS DA ÁREAIdentificar melhorias nos procedimentos da área por meio de estudos de caso, análises, testes de mesa e indicadores, com o objetivo de tornar os processos mais produtivos e eficientes, assegurando a execução e cumprimento das metas da Diretoria.RELATÓRIOS E INDICADORESElaboração de relatórios e indicadores com a utilização de conceitos de estatística aplicada, visando auxiliar na tomada de decisão a nível estratégico e operacional da organização.CENÁRIO PROSPECTIVO - REGIÃO DE SINISTRALIDADEAuxiliar no estudo sobre tendências nas regiões de sinistralidade (cenários prospectivos) por meio de coleta, cruzamento e mineração de dados, criando mapas de risco para aplicação nas regras de monitoramento, afim de mitigar e/ou frustrar a ação criminosa contra os ATMs da empresa.MONITORAMENTORealizar o monitoramento dos caixas eletrônicas (ATMs) administrados pela TecBan, através dos sistemas de retaguarda e recursos disponíveis para o desempenho dessa atividade, entender o modus operandi das regiões, mapa de crimes e atuar, quando necessário, com os acionamentos de pronta resposta e forças policiais, com o objetivo de combater, prevenir, mitigar e se antecipar as ações criminosas, preservando a integridade física e segurança dos ATMs da empresa.SUPORTE AS EQUIPES DE CAMPOOferecer suporte especializado as equipes de campo em situações que envolvam a segurança física e a central de alarme (Dimerr).

Requisitos e qualificações OBRIGATÓRIO:Cursando Superior: TI, Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afinsDomínio do pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, World, PowerPoint e Access)Conhecimento em processos de auditoria, Estatística aplicadaConhecimento de ferramentas para análise e solução de problemas (PDCA), Gestão de RiscoConhecimento em ferramentas de redesenho e gestão de processos e Metodologia Ágil e ScrumHabilidade em administração de conflitos (técnicas de negociação), Oriundo das forças armadas, Autonomia, Transparência, Motivação, Equilíbrio Emocional, Atitudes de Inovação, Pensamento Crítico, Criatividade, Iniciativa e Autoconfiança.DESEJAVÉL Certificação em Green Belt
