Atuar no atendimento N1 dos chamados, realizando análise, tratativa e acompanhamento das solicitações até sua resolução.

Gerenciar e acompanhar chamados por meio das ferramentas Zendesk e ServiceNow, garantindo o correto registro, atualização e encerramento das demandas.

Realizar a análise de incidentes e solicitações, identificando causas, impactos e direcionando os chamados para as áreas responsáveis quando necessário.

Acompanhar SLA, prazos e níveis de atendimento, garantindo o cumprimento dos acordos estabelecidos com o cliente.

Monitorar o andamento das demandas e realizar follow-up com as áreas envolvidas, assegurando o cumprimento das entregas dentro dos prazos acordados.

Atuar na identificação de recorrências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de atendimento.

Elaborar, acompanhar e apresentar indicadores de atendimento, como volume de chamados, SLA, backlog, tempo de resolução e qualidade.

Garantir a qualidade dos registros e das tratativas realizadas, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente.

Apoiar a identificação de desvios operacionais e propor ações corretivas e preventivas.

Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento com o cliente e áreas internas, apresentando status, indicadores, pontos de atenção e planos de ação.

Manter comunicação próxima com as equipes envolvidas, garantindo visibilidade sobre o status das demandas e cumprimento das entregasRequisitos e qualificaçõesPreferencialmente atuando em cargos operacionais.Ser organizado, flexível, multi-tarefas, ter senso de urgência e saber trabalhar em equipeImprescindível conhecimentos em excelSe comunicar bem com diversas áreasInformações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência anterior em atendimento N2, Service Desk ou suporte a clientes corporativos.Conhecimento e experiência com Zendesk e ServiceNow.Vivência com gestão de SLA, indicadores, backlog e qualidade de atendimento.Experiência em acompanhamento de incidentes e demandas em ambientes de alta criticidade.Conhecimento de metodologias e boas práticas de atendimento e gestão de serviços, como ITIL.Experiência ou conhecimento no segmento de Agronegócio, especialmente em empresas de grande porte, será considerado um diferencial.Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados.Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com clientes e diferentes áreas internas.
