na Darede, você irá atuar na sustentação e evolução de ambientes AWS; Realizar troubleshooting avançado de incidentes, identificando causa-raiz e conduzindo ações para restabelecimento dos serviços.Se você tem curiosidade e vontade de aprender novas ferramentas, plataformas e tecnologias, é Data Driven e HandsOn, é uma pessoa sempre antenada nas novidades do Mundo Cloud, essa vaga é para você!Candidate-se, queremos te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na sustentação e evolução de ambientes AWS;Realizar troubleshooting avançado de incidentes, identificando causa-raiz e conduzindo ações para restabelecimento dos serviços;Analisar problemas relacionados a infraestrutura, aplicações, redes, segurança, performance, disponibilidade e integrações;Apoiar a resolução de incidentes críticos e participar da elaboração de análises de causa-raiz — RCA;Implementar e manter infraestrutura como código;Criar e evoluir automações para atividades operacionais;Atuar na construção, manutenção e melhoria de pipelines e processos baseados em GitOps;Avaliar arquiteturas AWS, identificando riscos, pontos de melhoria e oportunidades de otimização;Elaborar recomendações relacionadas a segurança, resiliência, performance, observabilidade e custos;Apoiar mudanças de infraestrutura, atualizações e implantações em ambientes produtivos;Criar e manter documentações técnicas, procedimentos operacionais, diagramas e artigos de conhecimento;Compartilhar conhecimento e apoiar tecnicamente profissionais de menor senioridade;Interagir com clientes, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares durante a análise e resolução de demandas;Atuar de forma preventiva, contribuindo para a redução de incidentes e o aumento da estabilidade dos ambientes.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida com arquitetura, operação e troubleshooting em ambientes AWS;Conhecimento dos principais serviços AWS, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, IAM, Secret Manager, Security HUB DevOps e automação:CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation e ferramentas de infraestrutura como código;Experiência com Infrastructure as Code, especialmente Terraform e Terragrunt;Conhecimento em Shell Script e Python para automações;Experiência com Git e ferramentas de versionamento; Conhecimento de práticas e ferramentas GitOps, como Argo CD;Experiência com Kubernetes e containers;Conhecimento de sistemas operacionais Linux;Experiência com monitoração, observabilidade e análise de logs;Conhecimento de boas práticas do AWS Well-Architected Framework;Experiência na análise e resolução de incidentes em ambientes produtivos e de alta criticidade.+Requisitos essenciais: Capacidade analítica e raciocínio estruturado para resolução de problemas;Autonomia e segurança para conduzir troubleshooting e incidentes críticos;Senso de urgência e responsabilidade;Comunicação clara com equipes técnicas, gestores e clientes;Organização e disciplina na documentação das atividades;Postura colaborativa e facilidade para compartilhar conhecimento;Proatividade na identificação de riscos e oportunidades de melhoria;Capacidade de priorização e atuação em ambientes dinâmicos;Visão de negócio e orientação para a experiência do cliente.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS🛡️ Seguro de vida (Prudential)🎁 Vale presente aniversário🎂 Birthday off🏋️ TotalPass🎉 PLR🏥 Assistência médica😁 Assistência odontológica🎓 Programa "Indicou, ganhou"📘 Reembolso em certificações na trilha da AWS📚 Parcerias com Instituições de Ensino
