Queremos criar o sentimento de lealdade familiar típico da ALPLA em todo o mundo.Responsabilidades e atribuições· Zelar pelo lícito e pela não vulnerabilidade dos processos da cadeia de suprimentos.· Zelar pela segurança da cadeia logística e o cumprimento dos requerimentos aduaneiros para manutenção dos compromissos junto a Receita Federal do Brasil, incluindo, mas não se limitando à certificação OEA.· Coordenar e acompanhar as rotinas em negociações dos Incoterms: FCA, FOB, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP e EXWORKS;· Auxiliar na negociação e contratação de prestadores de serviços de transporte internacional;· Emitir e enviar pedido de compras, incluir nova aquisição no sistema TOTVS;· Coordenar embarques aéreos / marítimos / rodoviários· Gerar Pré Nota de entrada· Analisar as NFS-e e Notas de Débito para inclusão no TOTVS e enviar ao departamento financeiro para pagamentos;· Coordenar a emissão de Licença de Importação com deferimento dos anuentes ANVISA, INMETRO, DECEX· Monitorar e coordenar com despachantes para desembaraço em zonas primárias e secundárias (DTAs)· Coordenar com transportador rodoviário, após desembaraço, até a entrega no destino;· Orientar ao fornecedor estrangeiro da correta aplicação de informações nos documentos para embarque;· Regularizar documentos de embarque (INVOICE, PACKING LIST, AWB e BILL OF LADING) em atendimento ao Regulamento Aduaneiro;· Emitir Invoice e Packing List;· Auxiliar com envios couriers.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em cadeia logística e legislação aduaneira;Habilidades analíticas;Experiência em sistema totvs será um diferencial;Ensino Superior Completo em Comércio Exterior, Administração ou áreas afins;Inglês Avançado;Espanhol Intermediário será um diferencial;Bons conhecimentos no Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisSeguro de Vida;Vale Refeição;Vale-transporte ou Estacionamento;
