Responsável pela prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios para produtos modulares, atuando na gestão do funil de vendas desde a identificação de oportunidades até o fechamento. Será responsável por acompanhar clientes, elaborar propostas comerciais, negociar condições e manter relacionamento com a carteira, com forte atuação orientada a metas, indicadores e resultados de vendas. Também realizará acompanhamento de mercado e concorrência, contribuindo para estratégias comerciais e expansão das vendas dos produtos modulares.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes e oportunidades de negócios; Executar visitas comerciais e técnicas em clientes e potenciais clientes; Desenvolver relacionamento com gestores, engenheiros, equipes de suprimentos, manutenção e demais decisores estratégicos; Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais e apresentações institucionais; Mapear oportunidades nos segmentos de indústria, mineração, óleo & gás, infraestrutura e energia; Identificar demandas relacionadas a contratos, obras, paradas industriais, manutenção e expansão; Conduzir negociações comerciais até o fechamento dos contratos; Gerenciar carteira de clientes e pipeline de vendas através do CRM; Realizar follow-ups contínuos junto aos clientes; Participar de reuniões comerciais, feiras, eventos e ações de networking do setor; Elaborar relatórios de visitas, indicadores comerciais e previsões de vendas; Apoiar estratégias comerciais e estudos de mercado; Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas técnicas, operações e engenharia na construção de soluções comerciais; Desenvolver relacionamento estratégico com clientes-chave do Espírito Santo, principalmente grandes indústrias e mineradoras.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais, Negócios Internacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência comprovada na área comercial B2B; Vivência com vendas consultivas e técnicas; Conhecimento do mercado industrial do Espírito Santo; Experiência em prospecção externa e desenvolvimento de clientes; Conhecimento dos segmentos de mineração, siderurgia, indústria, óleo & gás, infraestrutura e energia; Experiência na elaboração de propostas comerciais; Domínio de técnicas de negociação e vendas; Experiência com CRM e gestão de funil comercial; CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens e visitas externas.
