Buscamos um(a) Analista Comercial de Inteligência para transformar dados comerciais em análises, diagnósticos e recomendações que apoiem a tomada de decisão e contribuam para o crescimento de receita, produtividade, rentabilidade e eficiência das lojas.O profissional será responsável por acompanhar indicadores, identificar oportunidades e desvios de performance e traduzir informações em ações para o negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesMonitorar a performance comercial de lojas, marcas, regiões, equipes, vendedores e canais;Analisar resultados comparando Meta, LY, Forecast, lojas, marcas, vendedores e canais físico x digital;Acompanhar e analisar KPIs como receita, atingimento de meta, ticket médio, PA, VA, conversão, fluxo, produtividade, margem e vendas por loja/vendedor;Cruzar dados de vendas, estoque, giro e cobertura, identificando rupturas, excesso de estoque, Slow Movers e oportunidades de venda;Apoiar decisões de remanejamento de estoque e ativação comercial;Construir, atualizar e automatizar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais, garantindo confiabilidade dos dados;Elaborar análises de tendência, projeções e forecast comercial;Apoiar o planejamento e desdobramento de metas por loja, vendedor, canal e categoria;Analisar resultados de campanhas, lançamentos, eventos, CRM, incentivos e ações comerciais, identificando retorno e oportunidades de melhoria;Analisar comportamento de clientes, identificando oportunidades de retenção, reativação, frequência e aumento de ticket;Preparar materiais e análises para reuniões de resultado, planejamento e apresentações à liderança e Diretoria;Identificar desvios e oportunidades de forma proativa, transformando dados em insights e recomendações para o negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com análise de dados e indicadores comerciais, preferencialmente no varejo;Excel avançado, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas, PROCX/PROCV, SOMASES, CONT.SES e fórmulas condicionais;Experiência com tratamento, cruzamento e análise de bases de dados;Conhecimento em Power BI e construção de dashboards;Conhecimento de indicadores e matemática comercial;Capacidade de transformar dados em análises, diagnósticos e recomendações para o negócio.Competências comportamentaisCapacidade analítica e pensamento crítico;Visão de negócio;Proatividade e senso de urgência;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Comunicação clara e capacidade de apresentar informações para diferentes públicos;Perfil orientado a resultados e tomada de decisão.
