Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia, você será responsável por:Gerir o sistema Kanban junto aos clientes, acompanhando padrões de consumo e propondo melhorias no modelo de abastecimento;Monitorar inventários e indicadores comerciais, identificando riscos, padrões e oportunidades de otimização;Analisar e gerir ROMs (Relatórios de Oportunidade de Melhoria), acompanhando ações corretivas e formalizando os retornos aos clientes;Conduzir negociações em situações de desvios de qualidade, buscando soluções que minimizem impactos e preservem o relacionamento comercial;Realizar reuniões periódicas com clientes para alinhamento de performance, qualidade, melhorias, projetos futuros e oportunidades de negócio;Acompanhar e orientar os Assistentes Comerciais, atuando como referência técnica nos processos, decisões e negociações;Desenvolver, em conjunto com a Coordenação, projetos de melhoria voltados à produtividade, eficiência, retenção de clientes e redução de custos;Conduzir e analisar os resultados das pesquisas de satisfação (NPS), apoiando a construção de planos de ação;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento.Experiência demandas de atendimento e relacionamento com clientes.Pacote Office intermediário.Comunicação assertiva; Foco no cliente; Trabalho em equipe; Visão sistêmica; Pensamento analítico; Influência e negociação; Informações adicionaisRefeições fornecidas pela empresa (Café da Manhã, Almoço e Lanche da Tarde) -  Descontado apenas R$ 1,00 por mêsVale transporte (opcional em dinheiro)Vale alimentação de R$ 360,00;Estacionamento;Bônus semestral (conforme atingimento de meta coletiva);Plano de saúde e odontológico (após período de experiência).
