Prestar suporte à área comercial externa no atendimento aos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuições💼 Quais os desafios para essa função:Analisar a carteira de clientes da região de atuação junto com o supervisor;Analisar a carteira de risco;Analisar, elaborar e manter o programa de vendas da região de atuação;Apropriar o pagamento de pedidos de vendas não faturados;Atender clientesAtualizar mensalmente os indicadores do departamento comercial;Controlar as metas e as previsões de vendas mensais e anuais da região;Controlar e realizar as transferências de pedidos entre as unidades;Controlar semanalmente as previsões de carregamento;Dar suporte a toda força de vendas;Dar suporte aos clientes (Deptos) internos;Dar suporte na programação de entregas e ordem de carregamento;Elaborar propostas de vendas (cotações);Elaborar relatórios de informações gerais de vendas da região de atuação;Inserir diariamente no sistema de vendas a taxa do dólar para verificação de margens e condições de negociações;Lançar no sistema as condições de negócio;Manter histórico e estatísticas de previsões, vendas, entregas e saldos de mercado nas regiões de atuação para análise crítica da carteira de clientes;Monitorar o aceite de pedidos (assinado pelo cliente);Providenciar as contratações de caminhões para atender a demanda CIF;Realizar o desdobramento de pedidos das cooperativas;Realizar o faturamento antecipado de clientes;Realizar operações de venda ordem (operação triangular);Realizar os pedidos de bonificação, determinados pelo DETEC (doação de pedido);Realizar processos de devolução de mercadoria;Realizar relatório de despesas do Supervisor da região (RDV); Solicitar a área de suprimentos custo de produto para atualização da lista de preços;Solicitar a área de suprimentos garantia das fórmulas de produtos;Verificar com área de crédito possibilidade de venda ao cliente;Verificar junto ao financeiro, convênios bancários para futuros negócios.Requisitos e qualificações🎓 O que é ideal que você apresente:Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Gestão Comercial, Agronomia ou áreas afins;Conhecimento de Técnicas de Vendas e Negociação;Desejável Pós Graduação na área.Informações adicionais😍 Nossos benefícios:🩺 Assistência médica extensiva aos dependentes;🦷 Plano odontológico extensivo aos dependentes;🍽️ Refeição no local custeada pela empresa;  🥗 Vale alimentação;   📚 Auxílio educação;🍼 Auxílio creche (para funcionárias mulheres com filhos de 4 meses a 5 anos de idade)  🩺 Seguro de Vida;🚌 Vale-transporte;💰 Participação no Lucros e Resultados;
