#NossoJeitoRedefineHistóriasSobre a oportunidade: ANALISTA COMERIAL DE NEGÓCIOS - SEGMENTO EMPRESAResponsável pela prospecção, captação, negociação com novos mercados, novos clientes e novos produtos e serviços, para atender as demandas dos pacientes e usuários do Hospital Moinhos de Vento, visando o cumprimento das diretrizes, metas e custos, de acordo com as políticas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela Instituição.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFortalecer o relacionamento com as fontes pagadoras (seguradoras, convênios, médicos particulares, indústrias farmacêuticas, empresas, laboratórios parceiros e clientes particulares), identificando oportunidades de melhorias, proposições de mudança de modelo de negócios, solucionando problemas, renegociando contratos, por meio de visitas, esclarecimentos de dúvidas e troca de informações.Responsável por manter atualizado o funil de vendas, mailing, contratos e documentação pertinente às fontes pagadoras.Definir junto à Gerência procedimentos para minimizar as ocorrências que representam desvios no fluxo de fechamento de contratos, visando otimizar e maximizar as receitas.Identificar as necessidades atuais dos clientes e o comportamento da concorrência, visando à definição de formas de melhor atender ao cliente e superar a concorrência, elaborando os planos para consecução desse objetivo.Acompanhar as mudanças de carteiras dos convênios credenciados, identificando as especialidades, produtos, serviços, número de vidas, análise de sinistralidade, pontuação junto a ANS, reajustes, entre outras informações importantes, visando obter subsídios que colaborem para uma negociação e/ou renegociação, aditivos, cartas ou termos contratuais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade Básica: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Enfermagem, Gestão Comercial, ou áreas afins.Escolaridade Desejável: Pós-graduação ou MBA nas áreas de gestão ou negócios.Competências Técnicas: Conhecimento em cálculos, Inglês e Espanhol intermediário,Conhecimento em legislação de saúde suplementar, Habilidades em negociação e conhecimento em contratos.Será um diferencial se você tiver experiência com negociação hospitalar ou com operadoras de saúde.Informações adicionaisNossos Benefícios:Vale Transporte;Restaurante do Colaborador;Plano de Saúde e Odontológico, extensivo aos dependentes legais;Programa Saúde Plena Moinhos, com uma equipe multidisciplinar de médicos da família, psicólogos e nutricionistas;Convênio Farmácia;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Casa do Colaborador: oferecemos um espaço especial dedicado ao colaborador, com ações de bem estar e cuidado;Creche conforme disponibilidade de vagas;Programa Desafio.
