Estamos contratando um(a) Analista Comercial Júnior para integrar nosso time comercial. Se você está começando sua trajetória no varejo e quer atuar com dados, vendas e estratégia, essa oportunidade é para você.O profissional atuará acompanhando o processo de venda (sellout) de cada unidade, dando suporte às gerentes e vendedores das lojas, além de prospectar, junto aos fornecedores, verbas para ações internas. Também participará da gestão de CRM, da geração de relatórios e da identificação de oportunidades de negócio, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento e a eficiência do setor comercial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar o processo de vendas (sellout) por unidade e dar suporte a gerentes;Prospectar, junto aos fornecedores, verbas para ações internas e acompanhar as ações realizadas;Emitir relatórios e pedidos de produtos e vendas;Realizar o fechamento do mês com as informações referentes às vendas realizadas;Realizar levantamento de dados de vendas e emitir relatórios simples;Auxiliar na análise de desempenho de produtos e dar suporte à equipe de vendas;Manter planilhas e sistemas comerciais atualizados;Acompanhar negociações e auxiliar na resolução de dúvidas e demandas comerciais;Contribuir com insights para campanhas promocionais e ações de vendas;Participar da organização de eventos e treinamentos comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Nível superior completo ou em curso em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins Habilidades técnicas (hard skills):Pacote Office avançado (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), com domínio de planilhas, fórmulas para análise de dados comerciais;Familiaridade com CRM e gestão de relacionamento com clientes (Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, entre outros);Capacidade de interpretar indicadores comerciais: vendas, faturamento, ticket médio e performance;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, follow-up e gestão de carteira;Noções de inteligência de mercado, prospecção e estratégia comercial.Habilidades comportamentais (soft skills):Atenção, organização e foco no cliente;Foco em resultado e proatividade;Inteligência emocional e resiliência;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Saber ouvir e agir com empatia;Capacidade de planejamento e uso do tempo;Pensamento criativo e capacidade analítica para solucionar problemas comerciais;Trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisVale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Day off no dia do aniversário;Plano odontológico.Modelo de trabalho: presencialO profissional terá acompanhamento constante de analista pleno ou gestor e participará de treinamentos para desenvolvimento técnico — uma excelente oportunidade de crescimento na área comercial.
