O Grupo Mendes, empresa familiar que há décadas atua com protagonismo na Baixada Santista, liderando grandes empreendimentos nas áreas de Malls, Incorporações e Energia, está em busca de um(a) Analista Comercial Pl.Local de trabalho: Praia Grande | 100% PresencialO(a) profissional será responsável por prestar suporte estratégico e operacional à Gerência Comercial, atuando no acompanhamento e controle das etapas do processo de comercialização de lojas e espaços comerciais. Atuará na gestão do fluxo de propostas, reservas, contratos e prospecções, garantindo a qualidade das informações, a eficiência dos processos e o suporte necessário para a tomada de decisões comerciais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e acompanhar o pipeline comercial, registrando e monitorando reservas, propostas, negociações e contratos em andamento;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises de performance comercial para suporte à Gerência Comercial;Apoiar o desenvolvimento de estratégias para captação de novos lojistas e otimização da ocupação do shopping;Apoiar demandas relacionadas aos recortes de plantas comerciais, projetos arquitetônicos e cadernos técnicos;Manter a planta de ocupação atualizada com as marcas assinadas;Consolidar dados e elaborar relatórios sobre negociações, contratos assinados, vacâncias, prospecções e resultados comerciais;Produzir indicadores, dashboards e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento da gestão comercial;Monitorar KPIs e metas da área, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a tomada de decisões;Prestar atendimento consultivo a clientes e prospects em processo de locação, esclarecendo dúvidas e acompanhando as etapas da negociação;Atuar na resolução de pendências e direcionamento de demandas junto às áreas responsáveis;Contribuir para a manutenção de um relacionamento positivo com lojistas, parceiros e potenciais ocupantes;Dar suporte à Gerência Comercial na organização de reuniões, apresentações, controles e rotinas administrativas;Apoiar ações comerciais, eventos de prospecção e atividades voltadas à comercialização dos espaços do shopping;Apoiar a gestão orçamentária da Gerência Comercial;Manter interface com as áreas de Marketing, Operações, Financeiro, Jurídico e Locações, garantindo alinhamento e fluidez dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Economia, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em áreas comerciais, preferencialmente em Shopping Centers, mercado imobiliário, varejo ou segmentos relacionados;Vivência com acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), metas e resultados;Experiência com controle de processos comerciais, contratos e análise de negócios;Pacote Office avançado, com domínio de Excel para elaboração de relatórios e análises;Conhecimento em contratos de locação e dinâmica comercial de Shopping Centers;Conhecimento em análise de dados e elaboração de apresentações gerenciais;Familiaridade com metodologias de gestão por resultados, KPIs e OKRs.Diferenciais:Experiência com Customer Experience e relacionamento com clientes corporativos;Vivência no segmento de Shopping Centers;Conhecimento em processos de comercialização e locação de lojas e espaços comerciais.Informações adicionaisVale transporte;Assistência Médica;Vale Refeição;Seguro de Vida;Totalpass;Bônus anual por resultado.
