Estamos em busca de um profissional com experiência em ambiente BPO para integrar nosso time comercial, atuando de forma híbrida entre a gestão de leads receptivos e a prospecção ativa. O papel é central para o crescimento da nossa operação de revenda de soluções de software e hardware, sendo o principal ponto de contato entre a empresa e os clientes ao longo de toda a jornada de vendas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento receptivo de leads ativos, conduzindo-os ao longo do funil de vendas com foco em conversão e experiência do cliente.Executar prospecção ativa por meio de cold call, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras abordagens, identificando e qualificando novos potenciais clientes.Apresentar e comercializar soluções de software e hardware (revenda), compreendendo as necessidades do cliente e propondo as melhores alternativas do portfólio.Construir e manter relacionamentos duradouros com prospects e clientes, assegurando uma abordagem consultiva.Gerenciar o pipeline de oportunidades no CRM, mantendo registros atualizados de interações, propostas e negociações.Elaborar e enviar propostas comerciais, acompanhar negociações e realizar follow-ups estruturados.Cumprir metas de volume de contatos, qualificação de leads e fechamento de vendas.Colaborar com as áreas de pré-venda e técnica para garantir a correta adequação das soluções às demandas dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Experiência prévia em operações comerciais em ambiente BPO (Call Center, Inside Sales ou similares).Vivência comprovada em vendas de software e/ou hardware (revenda, distribuição ou fabricante).Habilidade com técnicas de prospecção ativa e gestão de funil de vendas.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com perfil consultivo e orientado a resultados.Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive ou similares).

Diferenciais:Conhecimento em licenciamento de software (Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, etc.) e/ou soluções de infraestrutura de TI.Experiência com metodologias de vendasInglês intermediário ou avançado.
