Você quer fazer parte de um grande time em uma empresa que não para de crescer?Se você está dentro dos requisitos abaixo, venha participar do nosso processo seletivo para Analista Comercial Pleno, com foco em Dados e PBM, atuando na nossa área Comercial, vamos adorar te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuições Manutenção das negociações comerciais de programas de fidelização da indústria (PBM);  Conciliação e cobrança de aporte dos programas de fidelização; Atendimento de lojas via ChatBot; Reuniões de aproximação com as administradoras de PBM; Atendimento de outras áreas internas referente aos programas de fidelização; Construção de apresentações de indicadores; Liderança de projetos de melhoria contínua e automação de processos operacionais, incluindo mapeamento de fluxos, levantamento de requisitos e definição de especificações funcionais para adequação de processos e telas Oracle;Atuação como interface entre áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas, traduzindo necessidades operacionais em requisitos funcionais e acompanhando a implementação de melhorias sistêmicas;Construção de análises, indicadores, dashboards e relatórios gerenciais com Qlik Sense, Excel e SQL em ambiente AWS, apoiando a gerência executiva e a diretoria comercial na tomada de decisões orientadas por dados;Monitoramento e análise de indicadores comerciais por SKU, categoria e canal, acompanhando desempenho de vendas, rentabilidade e oportunidades de crescimento nos programas de fidelização;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa  em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Desejável conhecimento em SQL; Excel intermediário (PROCV/PROCX; SE; SES; SEERRO; tabelas dinâmicas; gráficos); Familiaridade na construção de PPT;Diferencial:Afinidade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, utilizando-as para otimizar processos e apoiar a tomada de decisão.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Auxílio-crecheDay Off (folga no aniversário)Descontos exclusivos na Farmácia PanvelEstacionamento rotativoLicença-maternidade e paternidade estendidasParticipação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR)Plano odontológico (através da Associação de Funcionários)Plano de saúdeProgramas de apoio à saúde mental e à organização financeiraRefeitório no localTransporte fretadoWellhub (desconto em academias)
