Estamos em busca de alguém que queira fazer parte dessa jornada de perto, sendo a pessoa que acolhe, acompanha e cuida da experiência de cada paciente dentro da nossa clínica.A pessoa selecionada será responsável por receber pacientes, clientes e visitantes, compreender as necessidades de cada um e, em conjunto com a equipe médica, apresentar os próximos passos do cuidado. É sobre estar presente, com atenção e verdade, para quem já confiou na gente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber pacientes e visitantes como verdadeiro(a) anfitrião(a) da clínica, cultivando desde o primeiro contato uma atmosfera de acolhimento genuíno;Conhecer cada paciente, sua história, seus objetivos e a evolução do tratamento, acompanhando a jornada de forma singular e antecipando necessidades antes mesmo que sejam expressas;Conduzir, em conjunto com a equipe médica, conversas consultivas sobre a continuidade do tratamento, novos protocolos e possibilidades, esclarecendo dúvidas e revelando o valor por trás de cada indicação;Assegurar que nenhum paciente deixe a clínica sem antes dialogar sobre os próximos passos do seu cuidado;Perceber, com sensibilidade, oportunidades de sugerir novos serviços que dialoguem com o momento de cada paciente;Manter a equipe médica e assistencial informada sobre cada caso, alinhando agenda e informações com o time no cotidiano da clínica;Reportar à gestão as evoluções, os encerramentos, as renovações e os feedbacks de cada paciente;Representar a clínica com discrição e refinamento, apoiando também iniciativas de comunicação institucional, como redes sociais, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificações* Experiência prévia em atendimento de alto padrão, concierge, relações públicas, vendas consultivas ou recepção executiva, preferencialmente nos segmentos de saúde, wellness, estética avançada ou luxo;* Interesse genuíno pelo outro, com atenção real e capacidade de escuta;* Perfil consultivo, com habilidade para despertar interesse pelo encantamento e pelo valor real do projeto;* Identificação verdadeira com a proposta de cuidado integral e desenvolvimento humano do grupo;* Comunicação clara e postura acolhedora;* Organização para acompanhar, com atenção, pacientes simultaneamente, em diferentes etapas do tratamento;* Discrição e maturidade para conduzir relações próximas com pacientes e familiares;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na unidade de São Paulo.
