Além do Brasil, a Minerva Foods está presente no Paraguai, na Argentina, no Uruguai, na Colômbia, e possui plantas especializadas em ovinos na Austrália.Com nossas 46 unidades industriais, oferecemos produtos saudáveis e nutritivos, que são comercializados para clientes do mundo todo por meio de nossos 23 centros de distribuição e 17 escritórios internacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar na implementação e manutenção do programa de integridade, apoiando a identificação, avaliação e o monitoramento de riscos de conformidade, sob orientação dos Analistas Pleno. Apoiar a elaboração do Plano Anual de Treinamento e a organização logística dos treinamentos para colaboradores e terceiros sobre práticas de conformidade e ética corporativa. Apoiar a execução do Plano Anual de Comunicação, auxiliando na revisão de materiais e na organização das atividades voltadas ao público interno e externo sobre práticas de integridade.Auxiliar na condução de Due Diligence de Compliance, organizando documentação e apoiando levantamentos preliminares de risco.Apoiar as análises de Conflito de Interesses e a operação da campanha anual.Auxiliar na atualização e organização de políticas e procedimentos internos, contribuindo para a conformidade com normas regulatórias e boas práticas de integridade.Apoiar a resposta a consultas realizadas por outras áreas da Companhia, sob supervisão dos Analistas Pleno.Auxiliar na revisão de documentos internos elaborados por outras áreas da Companhia, sinalizando pontos de atenção.Apoiar a aplicação de testes de conformidade e a organização das evidências coletadas. Auxiliar na avaliação da eficiência dos controles internos de integridade, contribuindo com sugestões de melhoria. Manter atualizados os indicadores e dashboards de Compliance no Power BI (Conflitos de Interesses, Treinamentos, Comunicação, Due Diligence, Doação e Patrocínio, Presentes, entre outros).Apoiar a preparação de relatórios das atividades de Compliance, dos riscos identificados e das ações corretivas implementadas.Participar, quando solicitado, de reuniões multidisciplinares e projetos especiais da área.Auxiliar no suporte a auditorias internas e externas, organizando evidências e documentos solicitados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito, Administração, Engenharias, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em Pacote Office e aplicativos Microsoft 365; desejável Power BI.Desejável experiência ou estágio na área de Compliance.Desejável inglês básico/intermediário.Informações adicionaisAssistência medicaAssistência odontológicaVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoWelhub (gympass)Programa de telemedicina.Vaga 100% presencial
