Além do Brasil, a Minerva Foods está presente no Paraguai, na Argentina, no Uruguai, na Colômbia, e possui plantas especializadas em ovinos na Austrália.Com nossas 46 unidades industriais, oferecemos produtos saudáveis e nutritivos, que são comercializados para clientes do mundo todo por meio de nossos 23 centros de distribuição e 17 escritórios internacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuições•     Administrar o Canal de Denúncias da Companhia, incluindo o recebimento, a triagem e a classificação dos relatos recebidos.•     Conduzir a investigação inicial das denúncias, quando aplicável, avaliando materialidade e risco de cada caso e encaminhando-o aos responsáveis quando aplicável.•     Emitir pareceres técnicos sobre os casos investigados, avaliando riscos e sugerindo ações mitigadoras e corretivas.•     Garantir a confidencialidade, o sigilo e, quando aplicável, o anonimato dos denunciantes, em conformidade com as políticas internas e a legislação aplicável.•     Acompanhar o andamento e o desfecho dos casos, mantendo o registro atualizado de cada denúncia até o encerramento.•     Auxiliar na elaboração e revisão da política do Canal de Denúncias e de procedimentos internos correlatos, garantindo conformidade com normas regulatórias.•     Apoiar a divulgação e o fortalecimento da cultura de relato, incluindo ações de comunicação e treinamentos específicos sobre o uso do canal.•     Emitir parecer mediante consultas realizadas por outras áreas da Companhia relacionadas a condutas e possíveis violações éticas, auxiliando na interpretação de leis e regulamentos aplicáveis.•     Revisar documentos internos elaborados por outras áreas da Companhia relacionados a denúncias e investigações.•     Avaliar a eficiência e a eficácia dos controles internos relacionados ao Canal de Denúncias e promover melhorias contínuas.•     Realizar testes de conformidade para assegurar que o tratamento das denúncias esteja de acordo com as diretrizes legais e as políticas internas de integridade.•     Manter e melhorar indicadores e dashboards do Canal de Denúncias no Power BI, contemplando volume, natureza, prazo médio de tratamento e desfecho dos casos.•     Preparar relatórios periódicos sobre as denúncias recebidas, os riscos identificados e as ações corretivas implementadas para a liderança da área.•     Representar a área em reuniões multidisciplinares, projetos especiais e interações com outros departamentos, alta administração, parceiros de negócio ou órgãos externos sobre temas relacionados ao Canal de Denúncias.•     Suportar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas ao Canal de Denúncias, respondendo por evidências e relatórios.•     Orientar o Analista Júnior de apoio na organização, no acompanhamento e no controle dos casos do canal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito, Administração, Engenharias, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em Pacote Office e aplicativos Microsoft 365; desejável Power BI.Experiência prévia em Compliance, preferencialmente com atuação em canais de denúncia, investigações internas ou ética corporativa.Desejável conhecimento da plataforma Contato SeguroDesejável inglês intermediário e espanhol básico.Informações adicionaisAssistência medicaAssistência odontológicaVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoWelhub (gympass)Programa de telemedicina.Vaga 100% presencial
