Nesta posição, a missão é liderar a elaboração e o acompanhamento de estratégias terapêuticas pautadas na Análise do Comportamento Aplicada (ABA), com foco no desenvolvimento pleno dos pacientes e no suporte contínuo às famílias.Se você possui sólida bagagem técnica em intervenção comportamental, perfil orientador para liderança de aplicadores e busca um ambiente colaborativo e focado na excelência clínica, esta oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliações comportamentais e funcionais com base nos princípios da Análise do Comportamento Aplicada (ABA);Elaborar e revisar planos terapêuticos individualizados (PTIs) conforme as necessidades de cada paciente;Supervisionar e orientar terapeutas aplicadores com o intuito de assegurar a fidelidade dos procedimentos de intervenção;Analisar dados de desempenho e propor ajustes nas estratégias terapêuticas;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com famílias para orientações sobre a generalização de habilidades;Participar de reuniões técnicas e discussões de caso com a equipe multidisciplinar;Elaborar relatórios de evolução e pareceres técnicos segundo os protocolos institucionais;Zelar pela qualidade técnica e ética das intervenções realizadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórioGraduação completa em Psicologia, Psicopedagogia, Fonoaudiologia, Terapia Ocupacional ou áreas da saúde correlatas, com registro ativo no conselho de classe;Especialização ou pós-graduação concluída em Análise do Comportamento Aplicada (ABA);Domínio em planejamento terapêutico e análise de dados comportamentais;Disponibilidade total para atuação presencial na unidade;Comunicação assertiva, alta capacidade de organização e aptidão para trabalho em equipe.DesejávelExperiência prévia em supervisão de aplicadores ou coordenação de casos clínicos;Vivência no atendimento a indivíduos com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e neurodivergências;Conhecimento e aplicação de protocolos de avaliação comportamental (ex.: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: 13:00 às 19:00 (Carga de 150h) - Com 15 min de intervalo (Escala 5x2)Local de Trabalho: PR - Clínica República ArgentinaO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
