Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Compras para integrar nossa equipe.

O profissional de Compras atua sendo o profissional técnico responsável por garantir a compra de materiais, insumos, ferramentas e terceirizações, desenvolvendo novos fornecedores e reduzindo os custos para a empresa. 

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a análise de pedidos de compras diariamente, através do sistema eletrônico, tendo como norte o orçamento disponível, para planejamento de compra; Realizar diariamente no mínimo dois orçamentos de cada item a ser comprado, com base nos pedidos de compra aprovados no sistema eletrônico, visando a redução de custos e o atendimento de prazos; Apoiar na execução de todas as compras diariamente, negociando condições favoráveis para a empresa e seguindo o lead-time de 3 dias, com base nos pedidos de compra aprovados no sistema eletrônico, para atender às necessidades de produtividade e dos setores administrativos e operacionais;

Enviar os pedidos de compra aos respectivos fornecedores, após conclusão das negociações, via e-mail, para fins de formalização;

Acompanhar diariamente todas as compras formalizadas até o recebimento, por meio de contato telefônico, mensagens instantâneas e/ou troca de e-mails com fornecedores, para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega;

Manter contato com Analista de Logística, sempre que houver a necessidade, por meio de contato telefônico, mensagens instantâneas e/ou troca de e-mails, para alinhamento sobre fretes de CIF e FOB;

Desenvolver mensalmente relatórios de compra, com base em dados do sistema eletrônico, para análise e elaboração de estratégias que visem a redução de custos e a melhoria contínua dos processos;

Reunir dados para desenvolvimento de indicadores referentes a custo mensalmente, através de planilhas, visando criar estratégias para redução do mesmo.
