O QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO:Alguém para fazer parte do nosso time da área de Compras na unidade de São Paulo, será responsável por realizar o processo de compras de materiais indiretos e serviços junto ao mercado nacional e internacional, a fim de assegurar o abastecimento geral da unidade que atua, considerando a melhor condição comercial possível de acordo com os requisitos técnicos informados e necessários e alcançando e/ou superando os indicadores de desempenho de suprimentos preestabelecidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER:Ser o interlocutor entre a área de negócios em que está atuando e a área de suprimentos, analisar a demanda, identificar e recomendar as soluções de fornecimento em relação às necessidades apresentadas,  planejar o processo de compras para abastecimento da unidade.Estruturar as cotações, analisar conforme especificações e conduzir e fechar o processo de negociação junto aos fornecedores considerando a melhor condição comercial possível.Realizar o processo de compras CAPEX e/ou para atendimento das necessidades de compras decorrentes de paradas gerais na planta, com o suporte de seu superior imediato.Realizar  o follow up junto aos fornecedores para garantir a entrega dos pedidos de acordo com os prazos negociados.Atuar, em parceria com a área requisitante e/ou superior imediato, sob demanda, no desenvolvimento comercial de novos fornecedores de acordo com a necessidade e situação de mercado.Apoiar em projetos de redução de custos para a unidade.Prestar suporte na análise de impactos financeiros relativos às aquisições realizadas.Endereçar as demandas dos requisitantes sobre a aplicação das políticas de compras, garantindo o cumprimento das Normas.Manter a gestão de sua carteira de demandas nos níveis estabelecidos nos KPI's da área.Cumprir as políticas/treinamentos/procedimentos/normas relativos à empresa, processo de trabalho e aos sistemas de gestão implementados.Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho, conforme necessidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:Ensino Superior Completo - Administração, Comércio Exterior ou Áreas Correlatas.Pacote Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point com ênfase em Excel).Noções em técnicas de negociação e equalização de processos.Noções em desenvolvimento e qualificação comercial de fornecedores.Noções na aplicação de ferramentas  analíticas (Ex.: Swot, Pareto).Inglês Intermediário
