Buscamos um(a) Analista Contábil experiente e proativo(a) para integrar nossa equipe.O profissional será responsável por garantir a precisão e tempestividade das informações contábeis da empresa, realizando atividades como: apuração de impostos, elaboração de relatórios financeiros e análise de custos.Sua atuação será fundamental para o suporte às áreas financeiras e operacionais, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões estratégicas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecimento profundo em contabilidade: Dominar os princípios contábeis, legislação tributária (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, etc.) e normas contábeis vigentes. Experiência com ERP: Domínio do Linx utilizado pela empresa, incluindo suas funcionalidades contábeis, como lançamentos, conciliações bancárias, emissão de relatórios e integrações com outros sistemas.   Excel intermediário: Capacidade de utilizar o Excel para criar planilhas complexas, realizar análises de dados, construir relatórios e automatizar tarefas.Conhecimento em outros softwares: Familiaridade com softwares de gestão financeira, Google, sistema de gestão de estoque e outras ferramentas utilizadas no setor varejista. Legislação trabalhista: Conhecimento básico da legislação trabalhista para auxiliar nas questões relacionadas à folha de pagamento.Acompanhamento e controle de orçamento, elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho contábil financeiro, escrituração contábil digital (ECD) e o ECF.Análise e resolução de problemas: Capacidade de identificar e solucionar problemas contábeis de forma eficiente e proativa. Organização e planejamento: Habilidade para organizar o trabalho, definir prioridades e cumprir prazos. Atenção aos detalhes: É essencial ter atenção aos detalhes para garantir a precisão dos dados contábeis.Comunicação: Capacidade de comunicar de forma clara objetiva informações contábeis para diferentes públicos, como gestores e outros departamentos. Proatividade: Buscar constantemente aperfeiçoamento profissional e novas soluções para otimizar os processos contábeis. Trabalho em equipe: Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com outros departamentos da empresa. Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Específicas para o Varejo: Conhecimento do setor varejista: Entender as particularidades do setor, como gestão de estoque, cálculo de impostos sobre produtos e serviços e as especificidades da contabilidade de varejo. Análise de custos: Capacidade de analisar os custos de operação e identificar oportunidades de redução de gastos. Controle de inventário: Conhecimento dos processos de controle de estoque e conciliação física x contábil.    Diferenciais: Certificações em contabilidade ou em software específicos podem ser um diferencial  Formação: ContabilidadeSistema: Conhecimento sistema Linx, Excel e Ferramentas do GoogleInformações adicionaisJob 100% presencialZona Oeste de São Paulo - Vila JaguaraDay OffWelhubVRConvênio Médico Convênio Odontológico
