·         Ministrar treinamentos a carteira de clientes, seja de maneira presencial ou remota, com a finalidade de melhorar o conhecimento dos nossos clientes na ferramenta ADM, Sempre que existir demanda.

·         Realizar consultorias com os clientes da carteira Santri, através de visitas presenciais ou de maneira remota, com a finalidade de melhorar os processos de nossos clientes, sempre que existir demanda.

·         Acompanhar e analisar as solicitações abertas pelos atendentes do CRS, dando assim visão da área da programação ou retornando ao atendente com a solução para o caso apresentado.

·         Treinar e desenvolver novos atendentes do núcleo na prestação de suporte ao usuário.Requisitos e qualificações Desejável graduação em completa em Ciências Contábeis; Conhecimento em rotinas contábeis, incluindo lançamentos, conciliação, balancete, Balanço Patrimonial, Plano de Contas e DRE;Conhecimento da integração entre processos financeiros, fiscais e contábeis;Conhecimento tributário em ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ e CSLL;Conhecimento dos regimes tributários: Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real.
