Responsabilidades e atribuições📌 RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕESGerenciar as rotinas contábeis, fiscais, financeiras e administrativas de quatro CNPJs.Emitir notas fiscais de produtos, serviços, transferências e operações com clientes diversos.Conferir apurações tributárias, guias e obrigações acessórias da contabilidade terceirizada.Controlar contas a pagar, contas a receber e movimentações financeiras das filiais.Conferir folhas de pagamento, documentos e benefícios dos colaboradores.Organizar documentos e certidões necessários à participação em licitações.

Requisitos e qualificações🎓 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕESObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis ou Administração.Experiência mínima de 3 anos em rotinas contábeis e fiscais.Domínio da legislação fiscal e tributária aplicada a operações comerciais.Experiência com emissão de notas fiscais de produtos, serviços e transferências.Experiência com apuração de impostos e obrigações acessórias.Experiência com gestão de múltiplos CNPJs.Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Conhecimento de Adobe Acrobat, certificados digitais e portais governamentais.⭐ DiferenciaisExperiência em escritório de contabilidade, especialmente na área fiscal.Vivência em empresas do comércio.CRC ativo.Conhecimento do sistema Omie.Conhecimento sobre licitações públicas e documentação para pregões.Conhecimento sobre reforma tributária.
