Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar nas rotinas contábeis, apoiando a organização e o controle das informações e documentos da área. A posição terá contato com sistemas e planilhas e será responsável por garantir a qualidade e a confiabilidade dos dados, o cumprimento dos prazos e a aderência às normas da CVM e aos procedimentos internos, contribuindo diretamente para a eficiência e segurança dos processos contábeis.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a conciliação contábil de contas e operações de fundos de investimento de baixa e média complexidade, analisando documentos, lançamentos e movimentações financeiras, garantindo a consistência das informações e o correto fechamento contábil mensal;Executar e acompanhar a escrituração contábil de fundos de investimento, realizando lançamentos, classificações, provisões, apropriações e conciliações, de acordo com as normas contábeis e regulamentações aplicáveis;Realizar a elaboração e análise de balancetes, razão contábil, demonstrações contábeis e composição de saldos, identificando e tratando eventuais divergências e inconsistências;Realizar a contabilização e conferência das principais operações dos fundos, incluindo aplicações e resgates, compra e venda de ativos, rendimentos, despesas, taxas de administração e performance, cotas, provisões e demais eventos contábeis;Realizar a conciliação entre sistemas, posição de carteira e contabilidade, assegurando a integridade e a fidedignidade das informações contábeis e financeiras dos fundos;Realizar a preparação, conferência e exportação de obrigações acessórias e informes regulatórios, incluindo a validação de impostos, classificações contábeis e demais informações necessárias ao cumprimento das exigências fiscais e regulatórias;Realizar as rotinas de fechamento contábil dos fundos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade das informações e a aderência aos procedimentos internos e às normas dos órgãos reguladores;Atuar no atendimento a auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando documentos, relatórios, composições e informações contábeis, bem como realizando os esclarecimentos e tratativas de eventuais apontamentos;Realizar as demais rotinas da área de Contabilidade de Fundos, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos, organização das informações, cumprimento de prazos e mitigação de riscos operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos Necessários:Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;CRC ativo e regular;Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Conhecimento em rotinas e processos contábeis;Conhecimento em contabilidade de fundos de investimento, especialmente FIP, Fiagro, FII e Fundos 555;Conhecimento das normas e regulamentações aplicáveis aos fundos de investimento e aos órgãos reguladores.Informações adicionaisLocal:Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, RJ (100% presencial)Horário:De segunda à sexta-feira, de 9h às 18hBenefícios:Vale Refeição e Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Vale Transporte ou Vale Combustível;Plano de Saúde e Odontológico;PLR Semestral;Clube de Parcerias: Descontos exclusivos em academias (Wellhub e Totalpass), farmácias, restaurantes, cursos de idiomas e muito mais para você aproveitar ao máximo!A Oliveira Trust acredita na inclusão e na promoção da diversidade em todas as suas formas.
