Transformação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar nas rotinas contábeis da empresa, garantindo organização e conformidade das informações;Realizar conciliação e conferência de lançamento de notas fiscais de entrada e saída;Realizar a conciliação bancária Realizar análise de documentos fiscais, retenções, tributos e informações cadastrais;Auxiliar nos fechamentos mensais de report a diretoriaAtender demandas internas relacionadas a notas fiscais, impostos, contratos e documentos fiscais e auditoria;Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos contábeis, relatórios e organização dos controles da área;Apoiar na interface com contabilidade, financeiro, fornecedores e demais áreas da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em Ciências ContábeisExperiência anterior em rotinas contábeis e financeiras;Conhecimento básico para conferencia de notas fiscais, impostos, retenções e obrigações acessórias e folha de pagamento;Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com prazos;Perfil analítico, responsável e discreto no tratamento das informações;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas, planilhas e ferramentas digitais;Desejável experiência em empresas de telecomunicações, serviços ou grande volume de documentos fiscais;Desejável conhecimento em sistemas ERP e Sistema Domínio;Informações adicionaisNa AGE Fibra, cuidamos de quem faz parte do nosso time.
