Estamos em busca de uma Analista Contábil/Fiscal Pleno para apoiar nosso time em São Paulo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRotinas Fiscais * Emissão de Notas Fiscais de produtos e serviços, assegurando o correto enquadramento tributário (CFOP, CST, NCM, retenções, código de serviço). * Cálculo e revisão de apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos: IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS (cumulativo e não cumulativo), ISS, ICMS, ICMS-ST. * Emissão de guias para pagamento de antecipação tributária. * Controle e conciliação de impostos a recolher e a recuperar. * Revisão de obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, DIRF e outras exigidas por municípios, estados e pela Receita Federal. * Revisão de declarações de Lucro Real e apuração do LALUR/LACS. * Atualização e controle de cadastro de fornecedores, assegurando a correta classificação fiscal e retenções de tributos (INSS, IRRF, ISS, PIS/COFINS/CSLL). * Geração e conferência de espelhos de notas fiscais para validação interna. Rotinas Contábeis * Revisão de classificações contábeis de contas patrimoniais e de resultado. * Revisão de razão, balancete mensal e DRE e encerramentos contábeis, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de ajustes. * Revisão de conciliação contábil de contas de impostos, provisões e adiantamentos. * Atendimento a auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação e suporte técnico. Requisitos e qualificaçõesAtenção a detalhes e forte capacidade analítica. Organização e comprometimento com prazos. Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar. Busca por atualização constante em legislação fiscal e contábil Ter conhecimento intermediário em ExcelDiferenciaisProativoResponsávelGostar de trabalhar em equipeFacilidade na resolução de problemasInformações adicionaisBeneficios:Vale Alimentação/Refeição (Cartão Flash);Vale transporte ou reembolso estacionamento;Auxilio Idioma (Inglês);Assistência Médica e Odontológica da Bradesco (Coparticipação);Seguro de Vida em grupo;Gympass;Convênio com SESC;Desconto em instituições de ensino parceiras.
