Analisar e cadastrar os ativos adquiridos, lançando conforme os códigos contábeis, bem como efetuar baixa dos ativos que não pertencem mais a empresa, (vendidos, doados) no sistema SAP, para controle das contas de ativo fixo da empresa;Elaborar planilhas contábeis, para auxiliar o analista pleno no controle das importações e emissão de nota fiscal de entrada;Manter o controle contábil de filmes e programas adquiridos, analisando o contrato, alimentando dados no sistema SAP, para liberar o pagamento, bem como controlar as baixas de exibições e encerramento de contrato de programas e filmes, para manter o controle da contabilização, recolhimento de impostos, variação cambial e checagem das contábeis da empresa;Conferir os relatórios enviados pela área comercial, confrontando com o sistema integrado (SAP), efetuando lançamentos nos livros Diário e Razão, e sistema fiscal (SAT), elaborando o controle em planilhas para validar as informações no que se refere a faturamento;Analisar as notas fiscais de prestações de serviços, recebendo e confrontando-as com os contratos emitidos pelo departamento jurídico, analisando o vencimento, valor, cálculo e abatimento de impostos e outros, para efetuar o lançamento no sistema integrado (SAP) dando prosseguimento ao processo de pagamento.
