A área Contábil é responsável por garantir a integridade, confiabilidade e conformidade das informações contábeis da empresa, assegurando o cumprimento das normas, legislações vigentes e políticas internas. Atua em parceria com as áreas Fiscal, Financeira, Controladoria, Auditoria e demais áreas do negócio, contribuindo para a transparência das informações e a tomada de decisões.Como analista pleno você ajudará garantir a excelência na execução do fechamento contábil, realizando as conciliações mensalmente para que não fique pendencias no balanço, assegurando a consistência dos registros contábeis, cumprindo os prazos e atendendo a auditoria externa com excelência, além de buscar constantemente por melhorias e diminuição do prazo do fechamento contábil.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar conciliações contábeis e analisar contas patrimoniais e de resultado, assegurando a consistência, integridade e qualidade das informações;Efetuar lançamentos e registros contábeis, garantindo a correta contabilização das operações da empresa;Elaborar e revisar demonstrações contábeis, em conformidade com a legislação vigente e as normas e princípios contábeis aplicáveis;Atuar no fechamento contábil mensal, realizando as atividades necessárias e garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Manter documentos, arquivos e registros contábeis organizados e atualizados, assegurando a rastreabilidade e a disponibilidade das informações;Prestar suporte às demais áreas da empresa em assuntos relacionados à Contabilidade, contribuindo para a correta interpretação e aplicação das informações contábeis;Assegurar a conformidade dos processos contábeis com as normas vigentes, legislação societária e políticas internas da empresa;Atender auditorias externas, disponibilizando documentos, informações e esclarecimentos necessários, bem como acompanhando eventuais solicitações e recomendações;Realizar análises de variações de contas, identificando desvios, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;Elaborar relatórios e análises gerenciais, fornecendo informações relevantes para suporte à tomada de decisão;Realizar a entrega da Escrituração Contábil Digital (ECD) e demais obrigações e informativos de responsabilidade da área, incluindo os reportes ao IBGE;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, padronização e automação dos processos contábeis, contribuindo para maior eficiência e confiabilidade das rotinas

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRegistro ativo no CRC;Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência na área Contábil;Desejável experiência com SAP Business One (SAP B1);Atuação na elaboração de demonstrações financeiras;
