Assegurar a execução, análise e revisão dos processos contábeis, garantindo integridade, conformidade legal e confiabilidade das informações, apoiando a elaboração de demonstrações financeiras, o cumprimento de obrigações acessórias e a melhoria contínua dos controles internos. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesValidar informações recebidas das áreas corporativas, assegurando consistência dos dados e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Realizar registros contábeis em sistemas e planilhas de controle, garantindo aderência às normas legais, políticas internas e instruções de trabalho; Executar e revisar a escrituração contábil, observando os pronunciamentos técnicos (CPC/IFRS) e demais exigências legais aplicáveis; Preparar e apoiar na elaboração das demonstrações contábeis e relatórios gerenciais, assegurando acuracidade e conformidade com a legislação vigente;Executar as rotinas de fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo a correta apuração e consolidação das informações, em conformidade com as normas e prazos estabelecidos; Conduzir e revisar conciliações contábeis periódicas, identificando divergências, propondo ajustes e assegurando a integridade das contas;Apoiar processos de auditorias internas e externas, reunindo, analisando e disponibilizando informações, relatórios e documentação de suporte; Auxiliar na conferência, validação e transmissão das obrigações acessórias eletrônicas, garantindo conformidade legal e atendimento aos prazos estipulados; Executar parametrizações contábeis em sistemas de gestão (ERP/contábil), assegurando correta escrituração e integração com as obrigações fiscais e acessórias;Orientar áreas de negócio e demais departamentos quanto à aplicação de contas, normas e procedimentos contábeis, além da correta interpretação dos relatórios financeiros;Elaborar e atualizar instruções de trabalho, manuais e fluxos de processos contábeis, sugerindo melhorias contínuas que aumentem a eficiência operacional;Apoiar a capacitação técnica e orientação dos colaboradores da área contábil, disseminando boas práticas e fortalecendo a padronização dos processos;Acompanhar atualizações legais, normativas e contábeis (CPC, IFRS, legislações fiscais), propondo os ajustes necessários às rotinas da área;Contribuir para o fortalecimento dos controles internos, apoiando iniciativas de compliance, mitigação de riscos contábeis e alinhamento com auditoria;Apoiar na construção de relatórios gerenciais contábeis que subsidiem a tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência na área de contábil;Registro no CRC/SC.
