Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil para integrar o time Financeiro da LionX e atuar nos processos contábeis da companhia, contribuindo para a qualidade, acuracidade e conformidade das informações financeiras.A posição terá atuação próxima às rotinas de fechamento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual, conciliações, consolidação entre empresas do grupo e elaboração das demonstrações financeiras em conformidade com o IFRS. Também apoiará a apuração de IRPJ e CSLL, obrigações acessórias como SPED Contábil e ECF, além de processos relacionados a combinações de negócios e auditorias internas e externas.Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e visão de processos, que consiga transitar entre diferentes áreas da companhia, garantindo a correta classificação e análise dos lançamentos contábeis e o cumprimento das obrigações contábeis e fiscais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a entrada de notas via compras, classificação e análise de lançamentos contábeis, garantindo aderência às normas vigentes;Apoio na apuração dos impostos sobre a renda (IRPJ/CSLL);Apoio na execução nos processos de fechamento mensal, trimestral e anual e nos processos de consolidação contábil entre entidades do grupo;Apoiar processos de combinação de negócios (business combination), incluindo registros e ajustes decorrentes;Apoio na elaboração das demonstrações financeiras em conformidade com o IFRS;Conciliar contas contábeis e garantir a acuracidade das informações reportadas;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação e esclarecimentos;Apoio na elaboração do SPED Contábil e ECF;Colaborar com áreas internas para garantir o cumprimento de obrigações contábeis e fiscais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis;Excel Avançado;Sólidos conhecimentos em classificação e análise contábil;Experiência com apuração de imposto de renda (IRPJ/CSLL- Lucro presumido e real);Vivência em processos de consolidação contábil;Experiência e domínio com IFRS.Informações adicionaisSerá considerado um diferencial:Experiência em BPO;Vivência com sistemas ERP contábeis;Inglês intermediário.
