Na Lobe, acreditamos que a contabilidade vai além da conformidade: ela é uma ferramenta estratégica para apoiar decisões, gerar segurança e impulsionar o crescimento dos clientes.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil Pleno para atuar nas rotinas contábeis de empresas de diferentes segmentos e regimes tributários, garantindo qualidade técnica, precisão das informações e conformidade das entregas.Buscamos alguém organizado, analítico, comprometido com prazos e que tenha atenção aos detalhes, além de vontade de evoluir continuamente em um ambiente de alta performance e desenvolvimento constante.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e analisar rotinas contábeis de empresas de diferentes regimes tributários;Realizar conciliações contábeis patrimoniais e de resultado;Validar e importar lançamentos contábeis dos módulos fiscal, folha, financeiro e patrimônio;Realizar análises de CMV, estoques e movimentações financeiras;Apoiar na elaboração e conferência de demonstrações contábeis;Executar apuração de IRPJ e CSLL;Garantir precisão das informações contábeis e conformidade das entregas;Apoiar no envio de obrigações acessórias como ECD e ECF;Identificar inconsistências e atuar na correção de divergências contábeis;Manter alinhamento com clientes e equipes internas para garantir fluidez operacional.Conhecimento em Tasy e domínio. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência com rotinas contábeis;Conhecimento em conciliações patrimoniais e de resultado;Vivência com fechamento contábil e demonstrações financeiras;Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias como ECD e ECF;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento de prazos;Boa comunicação e capacidade analítica.Diferenciais:Experiência em escritório contábil;Conhecimento em diferentes regimes tributários;Vivência com análise de custos e CMV;Conhecimento em sistemas contábeis e integração de módulos.Informações adicionais💰 Ajuda de custo R$ 600,00 mensais☕ Café da manhã na empresa🍽️ Refeitório🩺 Plano de saúde Unimed (Parcialmente custeado pela empresa)😁 Plano odontológico (50% custeado pela empresa)🛡️ Seguro de vida💊 Convênio com farmácia com desconto em folha🏋️ Wellhub (antigo Gympass)🧠 Starbem (saúde mental e bem-estar)🤸 Ginástica laboral 2x por semana na empresa📈 Plano de carreira🎂 Day Off de aniversário🎁 Vale-presente de aniversário – R$ 100,00 no mês do seu aniversário💍 Auxílio matrimonial para quem vai se casar👶 Presente maternidade
