Buscamos um(a) Analista Contábil Pleno para fazer parte do time da Luuna Brasil e contribuir para a evolução e estruturação dos processos contábeis da empresa.O(a) profissional atuará nas rotinas de fechamento mensal, análise de balanço, provisões e controles internos, além de participar da estruturação e padronização da conciliação de recebíveis de diferentes canais, como adquirência, subadquirência, PIX e marketplaces.A posição terá também um papel importante na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e automação, apoiando a Coordenação Contábil na construção de processos mais eficientes, organizados e escaláveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a Coordenação Contábil na estruturação e documentação dos processos de conciliação da área;Executar a conciliação de recebíveis e apoiar o mapeamento e a padronização do processo para cada canal e marketplace, identificando oportunidades de automação;Analisar e registrar as notas fiscais de mercadorias e serviços no ERP, conciliando-as com as movimentações financeiras do período;Realizar a conciliação dos grupos de conta do balanço patrimonial;Interagir com outras áreas para levantar informações e apoiar a construção de modelos de documentação de suporte;Apoiar as rotinas operacionais de tesouraria do time, em conjunto com a equipe de Tesouraria;Apurar corretamente comissões, taxas e custos de cada canal, garantindo que receita líquida, custos e recebíveis estejam refletidos com precisão no resultado e no balanço;Atuar no fechamento contábil mensal, revisando saldos das contas do balanço e analisando a composição dos resultados do mês;Aplicar os critérios de provisão definidos e apoiar a implementação de normas contábeis (CPCs);Revisar e analisar lançamentos contábeis, identificando e tratando inconsistências.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior Completa em Ciências Contábeis;Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em fechamento contábil mensal, análise e conciliação de contas do balanço e composição de resultados;Conhecimento de normas contábeis brasileiras (CPCs) e critérios de provisão;Excel Intermediário (fórmulas e tabelas dinâmicas) Informações adicionaisCultura Dinâmica, com autonomia e líderes que agregam;Bônus anual de 110% do salário fixo mediante atingimento de KPI’sSalário competitivo com a média do mercado;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Wellhub :: Academias e bem estar;ZenkLub :: Saúde Mental em primeiro lugarSeguro de Vida;VA/VR;VT;Day Off aniversário;Aulas de Espanhol gratuitas com professor nativo;Work From Anywhere: dias proporcionais aos meses do ano para Home Office;Desconto na marca;Licença Maternidade;Licença Paternidade;Ambiente desafiador, de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional
