Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Realizar as classificações contábeis das operações, garantindo que todos os registros reflitam corretamente a realidade financeira da companhia.Lançar os registros contábeis complementares necessários, a fim de assegurar o fechamento completo e preciso dos resultados mensais.Conciliar as contas patrimoniais (como Bancos, Folha de Pagamento e Impostos), visando garantir a exatidão e a confiabilidade absoluta das informações registradas.Analisar criticamente as variações e os dados contábeis, para validar os registros e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos internos.Gerar e transmitir as obrigações acessórias (EFD, ECD, ECF, etc.), garantindo o estrito cumprimento da legislação e o atendimento pleno aos órgãos fiscalizadores.Assegurar que todas as rotinas e contabilizações estejam rigorosamente de acordo com as Normas Internacionais de Contabilidade (IFRS), mantendo o alto padrão de conformidade do negócio.Controlar a base de ativo imobilizado da empresa, monitorando adições, baixas e depreciações para refletir com precisão o nosso patrimônio.Elaborar balancetes e relatórios gerenciais claros e estratégicos, fornecendo informações valiosas para basear e auxiliar a liderança na melhor tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Buscamos uma pessoa com iniciativa, perfil dinâmico e olhar analítico. Alguém com excelente organização e forte atuação hands-on (mão na massa) para fazer as coisas acontecerem. Além do foco nas entregas, valorizamos muito profissionais que demonstrem empatia, comunicação clara e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, mantendo sempre um alto nível de comprometimento com os resultados e com o nosso time.

HabilidadesConhecimentos em:Sólida vivência com apuração de impostos federais e entrega de obrigações acessórias;Domínio das Legislações Contábeis vigentes (CPC e IFRS);Pacote Office intermediário (PowerPoint e Word) para elaboração de relatórios e apresentações.
