A equipe é responsável pelo fechamento contábil e atua garantindo a integridade, conformidade e tempestividade das informações, sendo peça-chave na confiabilidade dos números reportados à alta gestão e auditoria.Sobre a vagaBuscamos uma pessoa Analista Contábil com perfil técnico e analítico, responsável pelos fechamentos contábeis mensais e anuais. É essencial ter domínio do sistema Protheus (TOTVS) e experiência com integrações entre módulos, conciliações, provisões, reclassificações e análise de contas.Procuramos alguém com boa comunicação, conhecimento das normas contábeis brasileiras (CPCs) e experiência na elaboração das demonstrações financeiras e atendimento à auditoria. Valorizamos perfil colaborativo, crítico e com foco em controle e confiabilidade das informações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSólida experiência em contabilidade societária, com atuação em fechamento mensal, trimestral e anual;Domínio do sistema Protheus (TOTVS), incluindo parametrizações, integrações e análises entre módulos (Financeiro, Fiscal, Estoque, Ativo Fixo);Forte atuação em conciliação de contas contábeis, assegurando acuracidade e rastreabilidade dos saldos;Experiência em análise das contas de resultado, reclassificações, provisões e ajustes de competência;Conhecimento técnico das normas contábeis brasileiras (CPCs);Vivência na preparação das demonstrações financeiras: Balanço Patrimonial, DRE, DMPL, DFC e Notas Explicativas;Atuação direta no atendimento à auditoria externa, com suporte técnico e documental;Perfil com visão crítica, foco em melhoria contínua e solidez técnica nas entregas;Boa comunicação e relacionamento com outras áreas, promovendo integração e fluidez entre os processos contábeis e operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência sólida em contabilidade, com foco em fechamento mensal;Domínio do sistema Protheus (TOTVS) — desejável conhecimento em parametrizações e integração entre módulos;Conhecimento prático das normas contábeis brasileiras – CPCsExperiência em conciliação de contas contábeis e análise crítica de saldos patrimoniais e contas de resultado;Vivência na elaboração de demonstrações financeiras (BP, DRE, DMPL, DFC e Notas Explicativas);Capacidade analítica apurada e atenção a detalhes;Boa comunicação para se relacionar com áreas do Financeiro, Fiscal e FP&A;Perfil proativo, organizado, com foco em melhoria contínua e senso de responsabilidade.Informações adicionaisVaga no modelo híbrido (3 dias no escritório e dois dias de forma remota).
