Será responsável por garantir o suporte a gestão na geração de dados íntegros e confiáveis, em conformidade com as normas legais contábeis, reproduzindo com exatidão os dados da performance da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFechamento Contábil: Executar o processo de fechamento mensal e elaborar balancetes contábeis e gerenciais.Rotinas no ERP: Executar tarefas práticas no sistema Datasul, como integração de módulos e conferência de faturamento.Análise de Contas: Realizar conciliações e análises detalhadas de contas patrimoniais e de resultados.Custos: Processar, apurar e analisar o Custo das Mercadorias Vendidas (CMV), justificando eventuais desvios.Impostos Diretos: Apurar IRPJ e CSLL sob o regime de Lucro Real (anual e trimestral).Impostos Indiretos: Reconciliar as apurações de ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS.Demonstrações Financeiras: Elaborar Balanço Patrimonial (BP), DRE, DFC, DMPL e notas explicativas.Obrigações Acessórias: elaborar declarações ECD, ECF e IBGE.Ativo Imobilizado: Executar e supervisionar o controle patrimonial, depreciações e inventários dos ativos.Auditoria: Preparar documentações de suporte e prestar atendimento direto aos auditores externos.Melhoria de Processos: Identificar lacunas em fluxos internos e propor automações ou revisões.Suporte à Gestão: Gerar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e relatórios de suporte para a coordenação e gerência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis.Registro: CRC ativo.Experiência na área contábil.Sistemas: Datasul (TOTVS).Ferramentas: Excel Intermediário a Avançado e Pacote Office.Conhecimentos Técnicos: Normas contábeis (CPC/IFRS) e legislação de impostos diretos e indiretos.Perfil Comportamental: Perfil hands-on (mão na massa), forte capacidade analítica, proatividade, autonomia e senso de urgência.Informações adicionaisVale Refeição - Flexível (Flash)Vale Alimentação – Flexível (Flash)Café da manhã e frutas no escritório;Convênio Médico;Convênio Odontológico;Seguro de vida;PLR - Participação nos Lucros e Resultados;Day off de aniversário (escolha sua melhor data no mês de aniversário);Descontos para colaboradores em produtos Belliz;Parceria Namu – Plataforma de saúde e bem-estar;
