A pessoa será responsável por participar da elaboração, revisão, análise crítica e divulgação das demonstrações financeiras individuais e consolidadas, assegurando a conformidade com os pronunciamentos contábeis, normas CPC e IFRS, exigências regulatórias e padrões de governança corporativa.

Além disso, atuará como referência técnica para temas contábeis complexos, apoiando as áreas internas e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Participar da elaboração, revisão e análise crítica das demonstrações financeiras individuais e consolidadas; Elaborar e revisar ITR, DFP e demais informações financeiras e regulatórias; Garantir a conformidade das informações contábeis com os pronunciamentos CPC, normas IFRS, exigências regulatórias e práticas de governança corporativa; Elaborar e revisar notas explicativas das demonstrações financeiras; Realizar análises contábeis de temas complexos e atuar como referência técnica para a área; Apoiar e conduzir demandas relacionadas ao processo de consolidação das demonstrações financeiras; Atuar em processos de combinação de negócios, incluindo análises relacionadas ao CPC 15 / IFRS 3; Atender e fornecer suporte às demandas de auditoria externa, garantindo a disponibilidade e a qualidade das informações solicitadas; Apoiar a implementação e atualização de novos pronunciamentos e normas contábeis; Contribuir para o fortalecimento dos controles internos, processos contábeis e melhoria contínua da área; Utilizar o ERP Oracle e demais ferramentas para análise, controle e gestão das informações contábeis.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis; Experiência prévia em posição de maior senioridade na área contábil; Conhecimento sólido em CPCs e IFRS; Experiência com elaboração e consolidação de demonstrações financeiras; Vivência na elaboração de ITR e DFP; Conhecimento em elaboração e revisão de notas explicativas; Experiência no atendimento à auditoria externa; Conhecimento em processos de combinação de negócios – CPC 15 / IFRS 3; Vivência com ERP Oracle; Perfil analítico, organizado, criterioso e com capacidade de atuar em temas técnicos e complexos.

Será um diferencial

Pós-graduação ou especialização em Contabilidade, IFRS, Finanças ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em empresas de grande porte e/ou grupos econômicos com estrutura societária complexa; Experiência em processos de fechamento e divulgação de informações financeiras consolidadas.
