Então se inscreva na vaga!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar e analisar lançamentos contábeis.Conciliar e reconciliar contas.Realizar a classificação de contas.Fazer reconhecimentos de receitas, custos, despesas e provisões.Realizar registros de documentos.Escrituração de livros fiscais e classificação de despesas.Preparar o fechamento contábil mensal e demonstrações de resultados.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios contábeis (balancetes e outros demonstrativos) para apresentação de resultados à diretoria.Elaborar e analisar relatórios de resultados mensais por unidade, compilando dados extraídos do sistema e enviados pelas áreas da empresa.Realizar o processo de validação/integração de movimentações contábeis dos módulos nota fiscal de saídas e entrada, contas a pagar/receber/tesouraria, estoque e patrimônio.Corrigir críticas de integração, se houver.Fechamento mensal de estoque por filial e geração de relatórios.Fechamento mensal de conciliação com a folha por filial.Conferir integração de notas de benefícios, provisões de férias e 13°, salários e Pró-Labore, impostos sobre a folha e férias.Analisar integração de benefícios da folha (Drogaria SP, Alelo, Cruz Azul, Bradesco Saúde, Samp, Benefício Certo, Ticket log, etc.).Separar as contas contábeis que impactam na apuração de PIS/COFINS e enviar para o fiscal.Levantar todas as despesas do centro de custo da diretoria (990101) e/ou outras despesas das demais atividades para o IRPJ e CSLL e repassar os valores para a conta não dedutíveis, reclassificando quando necessário.Exercer outras atividades/atribuições correlatas.Manter a organização, limpeza e zelo dos materiais, prezando pela aparência do ambiente de trabalho.Trabalhar dentro dos critérios éticos e pré-estabelecidos pelas normas institucionais.Manter sigilo das informações que possa ter conhecimento em virtude do exercício de sua profissão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Ciências Contábeis / Desejável Pós ou Especialização em Gestão Tributária ou área similar;CRC ativo;Pacote Office e Excel avançado;Conhecimento aprofundado em relatórios como Razões, Balancetes e DRE;Conhecimento nas obrigações acessórias das empresas tributadas, tanto pelo Lucro Real, Presumido e Simples Nacional;Noções de Power BI;Conhecimento em rateios por centro de custos;Desejável experiência mínima de seis meses na função, preferencialmente na área da Saúde;Será considerado um diferencial o uso do Sistema ERP Sênior.Informações adicionaisVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteSeguro de Vida: Subsidiado integralmente pela empresaConvênio Farmácia: R$300,00 para compras, com desconto em folhaDesconto EstudantilConvênio Idioma: 70% de desconto em inglês e espanhol (adulto e infantil)Gympass para titular e dependentes - para desconto em folha ou pagamento no cartão de créditoCredencial SescDesconto Parque da Monica
